This means that as a client you can telephone with a question or problem and speak to a real person who will endeavour to fix your problem within 4 hours. All sites are added to our 'bug tracking' software which monitors our clients sites 24 hours per day and notifies us of any problems, which means, more often than not, we have spotted the error before our clients and more importantly their clients.
