An initial consultation to discuss your business. Without an understanding of who you, are we stand no chance of delivering a project that will achieve your goals.
Specifications Document
This document is a detailed document that proves we have gained an understanding of your business and your business goals. It defines in detail exactly what we are proposing in terms of functionality.
Our 'ToolBox'
Like many other agencies we have a 'ToolBox' of modules or features (not products or software) that we have developed in the past. If we have developed something in the past that can be reused, then we will use it without charging the development time again.
This means that you are not paying us for work we have already charged for. It also means that your budget will go further and enable you to include more features within your website.
Deliverables Document
This document defines the deliverables, it says what we are going to do and gives you, the client, a tangible way of measuring the success of the project and ensuring we deliver upon our promise. This also gives you the client a chance to split the development into phases for development, planning or budget reasons.
Once a development phase has delivered the agreed results, we would move into the next phase.

Development/Build
Database design, front end programming, graphical integration, Admin area design.
Post-Development/Build Testing
We employ a team of external testers. This way, they are new to the site and can often see errors we have become too close to see. In addition, they highlight any usability problems. This is followed by full testing of the site by the client.
Delivery
Delivery of project to client, training etc., to budget, timescales and specification.

We do not use third party software to build our websites.
Everything we do is hand coded.
