The knowledge base section of our website was built with the aim of being a useful first port of call if a client or potential client has a technical problem. We will also monitor our support requests and publish the most common solutions here.

Wired Media was founded with the vision of being a different type of company - a technology service company that was easy to do business with - offering the very best in value, support and service to our clients.
